UINAH Premium Craft Beverages currently offers two products:
Ginger Land – A botanical beverage made using Sabah’s spiciest gingers found in Tambunan. Its spicily refreshing taste makes it ideal for the sober curious and those looking for low ABV beverages.
Roselle Paradise – A botanical beverage made using locally grown roselle flowers, ginger and lemon. It’s a hit with children and the ladies, and has grown in popularity since entering the market. Introduced in 2019.
Where does the ginger you use come from?
UINAH sources its ginger directly from family farms in Tambunan, Sabah. The region of Tambunan is known for its cool weather, hilly slopes and optimal climate for growing some of the spiciest gingers around.
Where do you operate from?
UINAH is headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. We are located on the island of Borneo, known for pristine diving spots, natural wonders and quality agricultural produce. Our production factory is located in Kota Kinabalu.
What's the shelf life of UINAH Ginger Land and Roselle Paradise?
The shelf life of our products is more than one year for both UINAH Ginger Land and Roselle Paradise.
Why is there sediment inside UINAH Ginger Land and Roselle Paradise?
UINAH Ginger Land and UINAH Roselle Paradise contain real bits of ginger and lemon due to the blending and brewing process. These little pieces add to the flavour and uniqueness of our products, because we use real ingredients and roots rather than mixing artificial flavours.
What ingredients are used inside your products, and are there any allergens?
UINAH Ginger Land contains filtered water, Borneo ginger, imported lemons, cane sugar, contains acidity regulator as permitted food conditioner and permitted preservative. UINAH Roselle Paradise contains filtered water, roselle hibiscus, Borneo ginger, lemon, cane sugar, contains acidity regulator as permitted food conditioner and permitted preservative.

Proudly Bornean, James and Matthias always have a desire to add value to Borneo’s natural products and not compromising on quality and taste by using only real and natural ingredients harvested sustainably in Sabah.
It all started in 2019 with the launch of UINAH Ginger Land and Roselle Paradise beverages, made from ten-month-old pure ginger produced in the Sabah Tambunan highlands and locally grown roselle herbs. These two products have since received huge support and praise from the market and even featured in many prominent news publications and articles.
By the end of 2021, UINAH will be launching several new exciting products, including 100% natural top quality pure UINAH Old Ginger Powder, as well as pure active UINAH Wild Honey, UINAH Tropical Honey and Malaysia’s national treasure, UINAH Kelulut Honey (stingless bee honey) that is renowned worldwide as a healthy superfood
